This Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew is made with a silky cinnamon maple cream, poured over cold brew coffee, and topped with flaky sea salt. A delicious way to start your morning!

Ingredients
  

Maple Cinnamon Cream

  • 2 tbsp half & half
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Cold Brew

  • ¾ cup 180 ml cold brew coffee
  • 1 small pinch ground cinnamon for serving
  • 1 small pinch flaky sea salt for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or carafe, add the half & half, heavy cream, maple syrup, cinnamon, and flaky salt. Use a handheld milk frother to whip everything for about 1 minute, until thickened.
  • Pour the cold brew in a glass filled with ice, then gently pour over the maple cream.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and more flaky salt. Enjoy!
